点评：The former Bodega location was much better suited for a truly unique experience. We visited the new, much bigger, less intimate location. We miss the outside covered seating area at the former location (in the back) and the open wall "bar" area where they used to serve drinks and also was part of the food prep area -> was truly fun (you could interact with the staff - small talk). Inside the new location, the choice of flooring is very unfortunate - does not give guests a "clean" feeling. Bodega may have fallen victim to their own success - they might have a lot of business, they certainly needed a bigger place but, in our opinion, Bodega lost the charm that made them unique. We visited during an off-peak hour, we found plenty of available tables outside. We did not think the food quality at the new location was as good of a quality as it used to be (especially the rice and beans) and their prices have significantly gone up. Better care is warrantied when it comes to serving food on plates (the bottom of our plates felt really greasy). We liked the old way of serving food in paper boxes since the food portions are so huge that one most certainly will have leftovers to take home. Cafe con leche was $2.75 a piece in October 2018 compared to $6.00 a piece now. Their coffee is great but you are not served coffee in an upscale environment, hence, we feel that the price is simply not justified.
