点评：Where do I start. Well we booked the Capybara Encounter for my two young sons as a reward for getting staight A all year. We made the two hour drive to this location, we paid $325 for this encounter for a total of 6 people. We get into the room as to which 4 other guest are in there (I dont mind as the website says itll be limited to groups of 10) so we had to sit on what I imagine was the cappy beds and I placed my kids on the floor because these GROWN adults wouldnt give up one of the two couches.ANYWAYS accordint to the website it states "25 mintues with the capybaras and 5 min of instructions" Our session started at 10am. We had a 20 MINUTE LECTURE about the animals and where they come from, what they eat etc. After that the host went around gave us a small amout of food for 5 minutes and than told us to pose for our photo which put us at 10:30 our session ended. We spent 5 minutes interacting with the animals and it cost me $325 for 6 people. I also have the timestamps on our photos to prove all of this from the time we fed to the time we left the room. We picked the Capybara Cafe to spend our time and money to support a sanctuary for the good of the animals but this place WAS A SCAM. Now I have reached out to them only to find out it was the OWNER STEPHANIE ANGEL whom I was communicating with. I emailed her July 1st she apologized and said she would look into this because "this doesnt reflect the standard and experience they aim to provide" after that email she informed me on JULY 9th she would have an update but she has since decided to GHOST my emails. Iv reached out July 9,16,20 and today. If you live in Florida and want to feed Cappybaras check out some other locations Gatorland has it for $12.Wild Florida has it for $45.Palm Beach for $50 and the Clearwater Aquarium for $60
