LongHorn Steakhouse的点评
点评：Longhorn was our go to place to celebrate our anniversary. We've been doing that for 20 years or so--this was for our 52nd. The steak was tough and the service poor. We were seated next to a group of 14 that required the full attention of our server. Our glasses were empty long before we finished eating. Our server was kind and apologetic. 5 times she thanked us for our patience. That should be a clue to why we were unhappy--we were overlooked our entire time for dinner. We waited for nearly 30 minutes for our bill and I had stood up with my wife to leave without a check when the bill was finally presented. This was the 1st and only time we've been treated so poorly and all the other times we were there, save once, it was a 5-star evening. The manager came by and said, "Isn't that great," referring to our meal. When we looked up to answer he was walking away. It's a great place normally but it only takes one night like this to think perhaps it's time we went elsewhere.
