点评:We ordered medium well steaks and they looked great, but were very salty. We had to send them back because we would have had headaches just trying to take another bite. The conclusion is, they just messed up our steaks twice and the goal should be to apologize and try to makeit right, not try to shift the blame back on the customer. We ordered our steaks right, but the first ones were a beautiful mess. They were cooked just right, but somone went crazy with the salt or the seasoning. Maybe they got seasoned 3 or 4 times more than usual by mistake. I don't know, we just know it was way too much and unusual. I've never had one of their steaks taste like that before in the decades that we have been going to this location. The manager should never make the customer feel like they're the problem when it's obvious that Longhorn dropped the ball last night during our wedding anniversary celebration. My wife didn't get her dinner last night because the second steak looked burnt and over cooked. We have been coming to Longhorn for years so we know that the steaks aren't suppose to look like that. We were very disappointed in the way she handled it.
