点评：Consistent quality, quick service, great food. I wouldn't suggest this if you're looking for authentic Mexican food, the offerings here are American'ized, but they're also completely unique. In fact I've not come across a taco joint with such a unique approach. All of their tacos come with a soft shell tortilla layered in cheese and then wrapped around a hard-shell taco. Think Cheesy Gordita Crunch from Taco Bell, but sub a thin flour tortilla for the gordita, and add top notch ingredients. Their shrimp taco is a flavorful and delicious, a personal favorite, and it pairs perfectly with their classic ground-beef taco. Their queso is top notch, house-made salsa and hot sauce, but my favorite part about this place is that it's affordable. In an area where the customer base is easily exploited due to tourism, Mojo's is what I'd call "locally priced", meaning that those of us that live here are happy to visit, as opposed to the tourist trap pricing we all avoid.
