点评：Only reason I’m leaving even a 3* review is because of Lori who without her I don’t think we would have any service expect for our initial drink order and food.
We have been coming here a few times a month as a family. Which is not cheap to begin with. We usually have great service and a great experience. Today was not the case.
Our server a male with dark facial hair and mustache was our server. (Never introduced himself so I couldn’t even tell you his name) was serving us. We sat without drink refills and 3 kids for approx 30 mins and was only asked 1 time once our food came out if we needed anything. Never asked if we needed box’s even though we were just sitting there with hot and restless kids waiting for our server to ask if we needed drinks or box’s. He was too busy talking to the female waitresses at the bar on the other side of the restaurant or just no where to be found. Mind you it was 95 degrees outside.
Lori thankful kept checking in but it was not her job too but she saw we were being ignored so her attentiveness was appreciated.
Once we get the bill tip was already included which if anything it should have gone to LORI not the ghost who was just there to take a food order and collect his 20% tip he did nothing to work for.
Unfortunately if you’re going to spend the kind of money it takes to go here I’d now tell you to save it and go to one of the many other waterview restaurants in the area. I think this will be our last visit here
