点评：Not only is this the best sushi in the area, it is one of the best sushi (and ramen) restaurants we have been to (and we eat a ton of sushi). The mushroom broth as a complimentary starter was very nice and set the tone for a great dinner. All of the rolls we tried were outstanding, both on menu and daily specials. They were unique and carefully crafted. The fish was beyond fresh and all the rolls literally melted in your mouth. Three of us also tried the ramen, and I would put it up there with anything I have had in Tokyo. The spicy beef one with the kimchi was outstanding. For rolls, the ones I remember were Fire Island (my favorite), Fire Tuna, Sweetheart and Crazy Girl. I don't remember the special rolls from the board but all were outstanding.
If you really love and appreciate great sushi and ramen, this is the place to try. Beyond the food, the service was fantastic and everyone there made you feel welcome.
