点评:We visited this place for after a day at the Pensacola Lighthouse. I don't know if it was super-late lunch or a really early dinner. It was an unexpected surprise for its unique flavors. Many things were fried, but also had unique flavors. One of the specials of the day was a soup that sounded unique, a smoked gouda potato soup, so my husband and I ordered it to go, 24 oz., two bowls for a snack later (which did not disappoint. It was smooth and delicious, with a bit of kick). We ordered as an appetizer the fried crab claws, which neither of us had ever eaten before. They were really delicious. Then we had tacos as our main entree, my husband, mahi mahi blackened, and fried shrimp for myself. The base slaw was mixed with a tiger sauce and topped with a fruity salsa. Everything was a unique dining experience for this little hole-in-the-wall dive on Perdido Key, Johnson Beach, FL. We will have to go back and try something more soon, since we're relatively new residents of Pensacola, still acting like tourists. We love trying to find the tasty local flavors. We have had the pleasure of find two very unique dining experiences, to date, on Perdido Key....this being the latest.
