I occasionally go to this antique mall. For the most part it is overpriced. With that in mind, I saw something that I very much liked. I should have bought it then, but it was just so expensive. Now I regret not getting it because when I went back, the item was gone. When I asked the associate about the artist/vendor she said she could not share their info for privacy reasons. And when I asked her to share my info with the vendor, she said she wouldn’t be doing that either. Well, customer service is the business you are in and being as helpful to your patrons says a lot about how you run your business and how you treat people especially at Christmas time. I won’t be back nor will I encourage anyone else to visit.
