点评：A Pensacola institution since 1945 — the place to go for breakfast. Best enjoyed early in the morning. Southern vibes guaranteed, with the kind of warm, speedy, and spot-on service that seems to be the norm in Pensacola (and the U.S. in general).
The food is excellent — the simple omelet is one of the best I’ve ever had, the grits are perfectly done, and the coffee… And yes, the coffee passes the test — even for European taste buds.
Bottom line: the authenticity of the place and the quality of the food make it a must-visit in Pensacola.
Institution pensacolienne depuis 1945, LE lieu où il faut prendre son PDJ. De bon matin de préférence. Ambiance sud garantie, service souriant (où ne l’est-il pas à Pensacola et aux States en général ?), rapide et approprié. L’assiette est excellente, l’omelette toute simple est l’une des meilleures jamais dégustée, le grits réussi et la café… buvable pour un Européen. Bref, l’authenticité du lieu et la qualité du lieu en font un incontournable à Pensacola.
