点评:This was our 4th or 5th time staying at this location. The first time we were treated poorly by Eldrick at the front desk and ignored it thinking he was just having a bad day. The next few times we did not have to deal with him. When we checked in this time he checked us in. We were not greeted just asked for the last name, credit card and DL. I informed him there were several reservations and he flat out said I don’t see them please move to the side so I can take care of these other people. My mother also had a room and I said NO she has a room too so you will serve her while I look up the reservation numbers for my brother’s room. We finally were checked in for all four rooms and were told that there would be no room service each day and if we needed clean towels to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk to exchange for new ones. I have stayed in plenty marriott hotels from the courtyard to the Springhill to the W, to the Westin to the Ritz Carlton, we have stayed at them all. Even at 200.00 a night we have never been asked to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.
Not only were the rooms not serviced daily. The hotel overall is dirty. The trash can in the front of the hotel was overflowing, the elevators were filthy and bathroom in the room was half clean. The shower still had hair in it and the floor was super sticky so we asked for the shower to be cleaned and floor cleaned again.
This hotel has gone down pretty fast. Won’t be staying there again.
