点评：We dined at the Lauderhill branch, there were some good things about it but overall it was an average experience. Staff here don’t work as a team, they only do “their tables” so if a customer needs something and someone is free, they will ignore you and leave you to wait until “your waitress” can take care of you. Very poor behaviour but I believe this is the management’s fault that allows staff not to work together. Our waitress Valentina tried hard but she was obviously tired and this affected her service. She recommended nice Margaritas which were excellent (we had 5 by the time we left). The steak (rib eye) was good but it had an overpowering artificial taste of smoke, is it really needed? The chorizo and morcilla were clearly reheated and lukewarm, the arepa dry and cold. Tres Leches was good. Food is delivered on a trolley which is quite unprofessional and pure laziness (plus food gets cold) again this is fault of the management. The best part here is the atmosphere, a lively dining room with good music that makes it quite enjoyable.
