点评：Specializing in yacht delivery, we visit numerous restaurant venues throughout the delivery route all over the country: at times resulting in extended time periods.
This restaurant was in my opinion, a mistake.
Our terribly rude server (JoJo) presented many shortcomings: we were fortunate to have a table next to us with 6 guests that were seated after we ordered, we could compare that server to ours, he was a polar opposite to our server.
For example, he explained the specials of the day: our server, JoJo never did, he asked if they wanted fresh cracked pepper, not ours, he asked if he could replenish their bread, we were not so lucky.
Beyond the lack of service, we ordered the fish of the day, it was fishy in scent in addition to taste, alternatively, we ordered chicken piccata and chicken saltimbocca.
A brief time later the owner appeared at the table, instead of apologizing for a less than satisfactory experience; he indicated that they receive consistent deliveries, essentially leaving us feel as if we made a mistake in complaining.
Historically we've owned 4 restaurants in a different state and understand that it's the most challenging of all retail sectors, especially at present day.
I also understand that restaurants aren't permitted to purchase seafood products from the local fisherman and are required to purchase from sanctioned purveyors,
Sysco, Local Seafood Distributors etc. in most cases the products are consistent, although there is a possibility the freshness can vary on occasion and the restaurant owner has no power with products being shipped.
