点评:Decided to give the new Bistro a try and was delighted with almost everything. The fried calamari as an appetizer was outstanding. They were small, tender, and crispy served with deep fried sweet red peppers. The Cobb salad we shared was the best I've ever had , crispy greens served with fresh blue cheese and bacon crumbles as well as grape tomatoes and a boiled egg. We ordered a Margherita pizza to share. The ingredients(tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and dough) were all clearly a notch above what's commonly served in local pizzerias. The pizza was cooked in a wood fired oven which is also rare in Brevard. The only problem was the crust ended up being soft like cooked pasta instead of crispy. I think an adjustment by the cook is in order. otherwise, the meal was delightful. My only other observation is that $7 for a bottle of Yeungling beer is a bit overpriced. This Bistro has the potential to being one of the best in Palm Bay albeit quite noisy . Next time I'll try one of their pasta dishes with tartufo.
