Chipotle Mexican Grill的点评
点评：Arrived at this Chipotle on Sunday, March 5th, just after 7:00 p.m. Upon entering we were informed they were only accepting online orders. We decided to go home, order online, and return for pick up. Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:40 p.m. My husband went back to pick up. When he returned, our order was not ready and there were a dozen people waiting ahead of him. There were only three employees working, none of whom appeared to be a manager. After waiting for a while, he was informed that they were out of carnitas (we had ordered a carnitas bowl and carnitas tacos). The ONLY option they had was barbacoa and sofritas - no carnitas, no steak, no chicken - unbelievable. We switched to barbacoa and finally received our order more than 30 minutes after it was scheduled for pick up.
In fairness to the employees, they were doing the best they could given the circumstances. Whoever manages this location should be fired. They clearly didn't have enough inventory or help. We will never eat at this location again.
