Big Fin Seafood Kitchen的点评
点评：We brought a family group of 18 to celebrate birthdays on 3/25/25. I told the restaurant when I made the reservation, when we checked in, and to the server. The only acknowledgement was to write, "Happy Birthday" on our receipt.
We only had 1 server.
There was TOO much time between courses.
Drink orders were taken and it was 20 minutes before we saw our drinks. We ordered the $ 379 seafood tower appetizer when we ordered drinks. It came timely and was very good. We were finished with that and it was another 10 minutes for our entree orders to be taken. Then 30 minutes to see the first entree and another 30 minutes for all the entrees to arrive. Dirty dishes were sometimes cleared and sometimes not. Dessert menus came out and we ordered many desserts. We waited another 30 minutes to receive them.
We had 3 very young children in our party. A 6:00 reservation and seating ended 3 hours later. As we were leaving, we saw all the fresh fish options on the board. We wish we had been told about them.
We have taken our large family to many nice restaurants and had excellent evenings. This was disappointing. We do not recommend this restaurant.
