点评：Management Displays No Leadership it’s apparent that there is an issue at this Location in Jacksonville Orange Park Wells Road location, The Staff seems very Unhappy and Not TRAINED, Extremely Poor Service. The Food too many Corners are being cut Under cooked Blooming Onions, not only was ours had to be Replaced we observed two others being replaced, WoW !! Wasn’t even busy sat in the Bar & it wasn’t Busy the Manager Payton was visiting tables that was sending food back. We received our salads with no dressing on them & our replacement Onion was delivered after receiving our our salads came (Really) that made no sense that our salads were delivered then our replacement onion. apparent that the Kitchen was not on Point neither was the Manager Payton that had Zero training and it Shows.
Had to ask for Dressing our onion arrived which this one was done! Now we have our salads & Onion & the un-trained service has the Gull to ask us are you READY to ORDER we had to Laugh!
We finally ordered & both entrees was Awful & Wrong did management care Not at all CHECK PLEASE Outback train your Staff would have liked to have said Train your Team but we sure Never Saw any Team! Management Poor Will will not Return no time soon! There are other Steakhouse that I’d rather Spend my $$$$ Money with it sure want be with Outback!
