点评：We moved to Okeechobee from Maine four days ago and wanted to venture out to see where the locals hang out. We found them! First and foremost, dinner was fantastic!! Our waitress was incredibly busy yet very polite and attentive. The food came out quickly, and I enjoyed a burger that was cooked to perfection and was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The vegetables on the burger and the celery that came with my husband’s wings were full of color, crispy, and fresh. (My husband feels very strongly that you can tell everything you need to know about a kitchen and their food standards based on the produce.)
After dinner we went into the bar area for people watching and listening to the band (Saddle Tramp was so much fun!). The bar staff was crazy busy, but friendly and impressively efficient. Some sweet, hilarious locals introduced themselves, asked if I wanted a drink, and invited me to the dance floor. (Shout out to Missy and Dottie!) I am a TERRIBLE dancer, but had the best time 😂
We’ll be back again and again!
