点评：Though the family member I visited with had been here previously, this was my first visit to any of this restaurant company's locations. We went for an early Friday night dinner (4 p.m.), because the restaurant has a reputation of filling up quickly and wait times to be seated otherwise.
I chose a 6 oz. filet mignon accompanied by a basket of feather-light rolls and butter, a Caesar Salad and side of sweet corn (not on the cob). To wash down the meal I ordered a large draft Yuengling beer.
The Caesar Salad was surprisingly good. The filet was cooked to perfection (Medium), tender and topped with sauteed mushrooms. The corn was firm and tasted fresh. I enjoyed the meal not just because the food was so good - but someone else paid the check!
The young man who served us (sorry to have forgotten his name) was energetic and attentive. All of the restaurant employees we interacted with were super friendly. If you're in the area and have a taste for steak, I don't think you'll be disappointed here.
