点评:I came in with family tonight as a first visit for all 5 of us. I order some sushi rolls from the server and was promptly asked how many rolls, not how many plates of rolls but how many rolls we want to order. I tell her we’ll probably eat 2 rolls each so 10 total rolls. I got 10 orders of rolls!!! I tell the server that she should’ve mentioned it was full orders of rolls (8 per order) and I only wanted 10 rolls not 80!!! She giggles and says well we have plenty of boxes and giggles again. At this point I know I’m never coming back. It is a servers job to ensure the guest is getting what’s best for them so they continue to come back. This is not what happened. Tony’s sushi has lost my business and I’ll make sure everyone I know here’s what happened. This is absolutely ridiculous business practice. Lesson learned. I’m glad I only ordered California rolls at $5.95 a plate. But $60 in California Rolls and a months worth in a box was not my plan for the meal. I didn’t order anything else. I missed out on enjoying an actual dinner because a giggling server thought she was cute by misleading the 5 of us into thinking 80 California rolls was appropriate for an appetizer. Don’t ask how many “rolls” you want when they come in 8 to an order!!! Next time we want sushi, I’ll be happy to go somewhere else.
