Salted Brick at Ocala Preserve的点评
点评：Eight of us had dinner recently at the Salted Brick. Situated in a nice gated golf community (Ocala Preserve). Overall, the quality and value was very good. The service was exceptional. The winner for dinner was the evening special, the Nantucket Diver Scallops. Close runners up were the Chef Tim's Crab Cakes, the Bison Bolognese, the Filet & Wedge, and the Wild Mushroom Stroganoff. The Chicken Picatta and the Pizza were less impressive. They have a full bar menu with some interesting pre-dinner cocktails. They also have a nice wine selection and dessert menu. My total bill before tax and tip was $105 and that included three alcohol drinks, one coke, two entrees, one side and one dessert. Sides and salads are a la carte. The value of the whole experience was good. It is quite noisy in there so it is not a 'romantic' atmosphere. Casual but classy. We would go back if in the area.
