点评:Hello Cristopher Polidoro, on 6/13/24 I dined at Doro with a 6PM reservation. We are sadden by the treatment of your restaurant that night. The hostess came to pick up my appetizer plate and knocked over an entire glass of wine onto my lap. As I fully understand mistakes happen and I forgive that it’s what happened next that I find it hard to not leave a review. As I was soaked in wine and my dress completely ruined, it baffles me that your staff charged us for the glass of wine that they spilled on me. They brought out two new glasses of wine and we asked for our food to go and explained it was because I was soaked and needed to leave. Let’s be realistic i should not have to sit there drench in sticky wine and be uncomfortable. We were provided a check that asked us to pay for the wine your hostess spilled on me and for the two wines they brought afterwards that we did not drink. When I asked for a manager I was told “there is no manager on site”. This was not only embarrassing to have to walk out wet, we had to pay for our mistreatment. This is not a hospitable place to dine.
