点评：When o arrived at the Beach House there were several folks waiting to be seated. I walked in and found a seat at the bar and sat down. I was immediately greeted by the bartender and ask what I would like to drink. I asked for a menu and got an Old Fashion with Makers Mark. I asked for food menu and she brought it right away. My drink was excellent and I figured it was off to a good start. I ordered a bunch of things off of the menu. Pork Belly, Roasted Veg, Burrata and Shrimp & Grits. Everything was great. Pork belly had a nice glaze and was very good. Roasted vegetables were excellent though they forgot the goat cheese. I pointed it out and immediately they brought out the crumbles of goat cheese. They mentioned there was a new person on cold side tonight and it was missed. No harm no foul here. The Burrata was very good. The standout was the Shrimp & Grits. If this looks good on the menu I will always order it. I have to say this was the best shrimp and grits I have had in years. Over 20 years to be clear. It was outstanding. A little kick, the grits were excellent and it screamed of Low Country which was perfect. This was without a doubt one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Thank you to the Chef and the entire team here. Well done!!!!
