点评：We went to Aqua north.
The owners own all 3.
This is the 2nd time our group has had a problem with Aqua.
We booked a birthday function for 20. Traffic on Immokalee was really busy, so we arrived a few minutes late.
One of the owners who has a foul mouth said he almost gave our tables away and accused some us of being 45 minutes late. This was totally false. We had set reservation between 4 pm and 4:30. Some of the group arrived at 4:15 and some just before 4:30. Now we had been there in person twice to confirm between 4 and 4:30
When I arrived the part owner verbally attacked me and lied saying he had sent several text messages and emails as to whether we were coming or not. We got 1 text and not sure how he would email me since he did not have my email address.
This owner continued to be rude and unaccommodating once we pointed out the reservation was for 20 and the seating was set up for 18.
From there things went down hill. We spoke to one of the other owners whose response was no better.
I work in the Food and Beverage industry and have never seen a performance from a Manager or owner of an establishment such as this. Do not got to this place. First time the service was horrific. Second time was better but hard to over look at when the owners are complete jerks.
The service was very good and our waitress was very pleasant. The food is so so.
As mentioned that this was the 2nd time our group had had a party at this restaurant in the last 6 weeks and I must say the 2nd experience was as poor as the first. We will never go back.
