点评：We dined here in 2019 and after reviewing my TripAdvisor review from then, I pretty much agree except this time, it was for dinner $163 plus tip, before a show at Naples Players, the 2019 Happy Hour experience was better.
We arrived on time for our reservation. Possibly the same bored hostess NOT interested in being there. The restaurant area was empty, we chose a corner booth/table and soon the restaurant started to fill. A guy poured water and brought bread. No waiter for 10 minutes and when he did arrive, he wasn’t interested in being there either. We ordered an Old Fashion and an iced tea. The Old Fashion never came (computer glitch we were told)…that’s fine but in the hour plus we were there, the server never noticed nor asked my husband if he wanted another lol. My iced tea had floats of chives, so I asked for another, it also came with chives, so I picked them out. Extra glass of ice, yep chives in it also. Dirty glasses or just sloppy server?
Both of our French onion soup was very good. I had the 10oz filet and hubby had the ribeye. I ate 1/2 the filet, not because I was full but because it was slimy, was it the “sauce” smothered all over the plate or just low grade meat? The baked potato was over cooked. The ribeye was good but the same smothered sauce. The sautéed mushrooms were hard.
Overall it just wasn’t a good dinner. The servicer was terrible, he barely came to our table. He never asked if we liked our meal. All around not good. A large party came in and they were F-bombing loudly (not the restaurants fault), luckily they were across the restaurant. Not our 1st bad meal but the service was just so surprisingly bad. We paid our bill. Gave a terrible tip that was still too much…
When we left, the hostess was standing at her area, and didn’t raise her head to say good bye or thanks for coming etc. I feel bad for the manager and owners that they have such a deplorable staff. We will never return. My husband said, I can’t believe that restaurant is still open with all the competition in Naples. My guess, it’s the great location for tourists.

总的来说，这不是一顿丰盛的晚餐。服务员很糟糕，他几乎没有来到我们的餐桌旁。他从不问我们是否喜欢我们的饭菜。周围都不好。一个大型派对进来了，他们大声轰炸（不是餐厅的错），幸运的是他们在餐厅对面。这不是我们的第一顿糟糕的饭菜，但服务却出奇的糟糕。我们付了帐单。给了一个可怕的小费，但仍然太多了……
