点评：Horrible experience. Went for hot pot, had called ahead and was assured they were well stocked. That was an absolute joke. Everything was bare. And while they couldn't fill this area for paying customers, the cooks kept coming out and taking from this already bare section for the kitchen!! I do not know who is running this place but they must be clueless. I don't think our server even knew what hot pot was. She didn't explain or ask anything. Over 20 minutes to get the pot of broth. Then she forgot to even turn one pot on. Which further delayed. Then asked 3 separate times to get veggies that were advertised on their menu but never put out. I had to chase down people for everythibg cause server was completely absent. We got no plates no rice, no silverware, no napkins, not even the spoons you need to retrieve your food from the pot!! $30.00 a person!!! For no service, no items stocked. It was insulting. I had to ask for noodles, veggies, meats and sauces cause they were not stocked. Each time i had to find someone to help me. The gentleman i spoke to was also clueless. He was in charge but told me their manager abandoned them, that was his excuse for all of this. And NOT ONE APOLOGY not even a 10% discount! We were late for our salon appointment in the mall thanks to this atrocious visit. And after the way no one cared. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows how horrible of a restautant this is.
