点评:In all fairness, I have to start out by stating that I haven't actually had the "pleasure" of dining at this establishment; nor would I care to. Having said that, I can't help but relay my experience. BTW, Friday seems to be one of their busier days. So, I called one Friday evening and tried to find out details about the restaurant. I got one of their less enthusiastic employees. This individual was NOT interested in talking to me. Getting information from her was worse than pulling teeth. She was not interested in explaining anything. I almost felt like I needed membership in some sort of club before eating here. At one point, she got frustrated and, I believe, actually hung up the phone on me! I called back and spoke with the "manager," who actually defended her behavior! He went on to state that she did what she did because ".... we're really busy right now.". I guess that makes everything ok. Normally, I'm one to put up with a little/lot of attitude/service deficiency if the food is good and people are making an effort. But I draw the line here. Both manager and "helpful" employee knew what the deal was. They just didn't care.
