This Hotel Has Really Slid Downhill

点评：We stayed here about 3 years ago and loved it, but we won't stay there again. The hallway carpets were full of stains. The stairwells contained litter (lint, dead kleenex, mud clumps, a rag) and general dirt. When I opened the dresser drawers they were full of small cardboard boxes, tissue paper, and plastic bags. There was mold at the base of the shower. The thermostat-controlled heat was good and the breakfasts were nice, but our room had a disgusting smell. I bought a can of Febreze and used it often and liberally, but whenever we returned to our room, the bad smell was overwhelming. I thought, at first, that it was due to the broken garbage disposal and rotten food in it, but when I complained, the garbage disposal was fixed by the end of the day. The room still smelled. There were also bags of garbage outside many doors waiting to be picked up, which didn't add to the ambiance.
