点评：So, I completed a review on the resort and I was going to complete a review on the restaurants within the resort separately, however they are not listed individually. This review will be exclusively to Euphoria bar & grill and Provisions.
We had reservations for Euphoria restaurant located inside the Margaritaville resort. Our server Debra obtained our drink order that contained 4 waters and 3 alcohol beverages. Our dinner order was placed 2 steak orders cooked medium and 2 dinner salads. it took 45 minutes for our dinner to be served, which was not an issue for us however, our drinks were empty water and alcohol beverages, our server never came back nor could we locate her in the restaurant, essentially she disappeared with only a total of 6 tables occupied in the restaurant with her having 2 tables. One of the steaks was rare in the middle, manager took the steak back to cook longer. It took 40 minutes to cook the steak a little longer to which we waved to the manager to inform him that we no longer wanted the steak as the entire table had been done with their meals. The manager never came over, he went right for the kitchen window and sent the cook with the steak to which we informed the cook that we no longer wanted the steak. Communication is huge. The restaurant was not slammed. There was a lack of communication within the kitchen, manager, and server. The warning should've been when we went in the same day at 1200 to get only 1 english muffin and 30 minutes later no muffin.
The Euphoria Bar was amazing!! Katarina was assisting us at the bar.
She was attentive and continuously checked in with us. They had an amazing band (two men) I could've hung out there all night!
