点评：As a local, I feel compelled to warn visitors: skip Logan’s Roadhouse in Kissimmee.
We sat in a booth near the bar. The bartender brought out our food and never checked in—not once asked if it was okay or if we needed anything. She seemed completely disengaged. Our server was kind but very slow.
We ordered two 12oz ribeyes and potato skins, spending over $50 just on food, and everything arrived cold—including the $1.99 crispy onion topping we paid extra for.
We brought it to the manager’s attention. While he apologized, he didn’t offer to fix the issue until the end of the meal, when it was too late to matter. No effort was made to turn the experience around.
For a $76 check before tip, the lack of service and follow-through was disappointing. There are plenty of better dining options in the area—do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
