Don't rent your golf cart here!
Fun Rentals Key West的点评
点评：Arrived at the address online only to find out they have 2 pick up places. The address we arrived at had a sign to go to the other office about 1 mile away. This info was buried in the confirmation email they sent, it should have been in BOLD print and in several places! My confirmation & the website also said pick-up was available- when I called to schedule I was told no pick ups! So we had to take an Uber for an extra $20.
The golf cart they showed on thier website was a 4 passenger with both seats facing the front of the cart, that is what we needed as we had 2 people who get car sick riding backwards- all their golf carts are the 2 front/2 rear facing carts. What you see on the website is not what you get and the info provided on the website is not
up-to-date.
Once we arrived the poor employee that was checking us and one other group in was using a box of golf cart keys trying each key until one worked on the carts he was giving us! Very disorganized. As for the cart, very old, in desperate need of some mechanical work, the brakes barely worked! It was a very bumpy and uncomfortable ride all day. The cart was also very noisy. I would not recommend this company to rent from, they clearly have not put any resources into their equipment or their company in general.
We rode around all over key west, there were golf carts everywhere we went all in pristine condition and not noisy at all! Rent anywhere else but here.
PS I left a voicemail message for someone to call me after we returned the cart, no one ever called me back!
