点评:We visited this relatively new restaurant in Jupiter, Florida east of the Intercoastal bridge on Indiantown road on Saturday evening. The place was about 75% full. They take reservations which we did not have but there was no wait. The atmosphere is casual. The decor is accented with brick walls and new age art. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. The menu has a lot of sauces, and mixed arrangements such as with clams. We however, had the fried whole redfish which came from Key West, tuna fish dip with horseradish, salad, and a slice of Key Lime pie with mango sauce. The fish was fresh, perfectly flaky, and well prepared. The Key Lime pie with a touch of mango sauce was an interesting accent to a classic desert. The price's were in the moderate to moderately high range. They have a large selection of mixed drinks, hard liquors, wines, and draft beers. Given the very competitive nature of seafood restaurants in this area this kind of "novo cuisine" Florida seafood might be a winner. If you looking for great food with a little different then typical Florida this is worth your while.
