点评:This was our first time dining at Jupiter Grill. Have heard many good things so we were interested in trying it for ourselves. The summer prix fixe presented the perfect opportunity. Four of us dined, three of us ordered from the prix fixe menu. One of the three ordered the NY Strip on the prix fixe, which cost an additional $15. His steak was cooked perfectly as requested, medium rare. A plentiful portion, thick cut, served with roasted potatoes and a bordelaise sauce. Two of us had the lemon crusted salmon. I ordered mine cooked to a medium doneness, my friend requested well done. My salmon was delicious: flaky, moist, cooked to my likeness. My friend said hers was delicious as well. Fresh tasting, as it should be. The salmon was served with whole hericots verts, again perfectly cooked (steamed, crunchy but not raw tasting) delicious. The green beans were laying over a very good sauce but we couldn't identify the flavors. The salmon's lemon crusted topping was a nice summer-time choice. The caesar salads were very chilled, dressed nicely with a caesar dressing that had a bit of zing to it. Some of my croutons were rye bread which is fine with me. The dressing and the croutons made this caesar stand out from other restaurants. My friend chose the Maryland crab soup as her appetizer choice. It was a light tomato broth, a bit of mixed vegetables and a few small chunks of potato. She said it was tasty although she didn't find the crab! Desserts were chocolate molten cake and very good. Our other friend ordered the steak frites from the menu. He thought the steak was mouthwateringly delicious. And the fries well seasoned. Both steaks had a good "beef" flavor, you knew you were eating red meat! Service was impeccable. Attentive but non-obtrusive. Mid-week the restaurant only had a few occupied tables but there were two large parties of 8 or so people. Looked like it was a good night to come with a group of people.
