Angelo's Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria的点评
点评：I ordered 3 lunch specials for 2 coworkers and myself today. On your website there is 1 non pasta lunch special that is advertised as the Angelo's Lunch Special - it says it comes with a half of any sub, choice of soup or salad & a slice of cheese pizza -and under the specials it says "Served with soup OR salad AND homemade rolls".
I placed my order online - again there is only 1 option that is not a pasta - called the Jupiter Lunch special - no description under the name - you select the salad and dressing, then the sub * toppings- there is a button that says 2nd slice (in place of the sandwich I assume).
I picked up the lunch, came back, no pizza, no rolls, so I called & explained the situation, was told no problem, it doesn't show up on the ipad, the person who packed the order did know, I then asked if they could bring them to my office which is 1.2 miles from Angelo's because I had just returned to work - again told no problem. 20 minutes later I received a call that no they can't bring the pizza, that I didn't order the correct special, and I did not even pay for the pizza, what I ordered the pizza was not included, - no apology. I was wrong, and that they can't bring the pizza to my office.
I tried to explain that the website and online ordering show only one sandwich option - he cut me off -saying I didn't pay for it and pretty much it is what it is.
I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service and for not honoring what is advertised. Especially when I was told someone was on there way, and 20 min later I received that call.
