点评：About 4 days ago I ordered a small amount of food through the app, went through the drive through which was super slow and when I got home was missing food. I did not call them or anything because I live outside of town. Today (07/05/24) I gave it another shot and ordered again on the McDonald app, this time I went in to assure I get all the food before leaving town. They were not busy at all and handed me my meal, without the drink or cookies I ordered with it. As I sat and waited to see if I would recieve the rest, I had witnessed the cook dropping a whole pan of what seemed to be around 30 (give or take) hamburger buns onto the greasy floor. He picked them all back up and put them on the tray and slid the tray back into the slot next to the work station, all the surrounding employees noticed it and all they did was give me a guilty/smiley grin without saying a thing to the employee, gross. I had finally recieved my drink after continuously waiting (they forgot the drink) and it took them around another 10-15 minutes to recieve the cookies I ordered. They were super slow for not being at all busy. They mcdonalds itself looks like a decent place, the service could be a lot better.
