My Market & Deli的点评
点评：I have ordered and used my market in the past for aircraft catering and yacht provisions. So I thought I would order lunch. I know how busy they can get, so I ordered on line at 12:15, the confirmation said that my order would be ready between 12:36-12:46. I got to the store just after 12:30 my order was not ready. No worries, 12:41 still no order, mind you several people came in placed and order, got their lunch and left, I ordered on line and I am still standing there. Finally the cashier goes back to check on my order, they didnt even start it yet, 1 egg sandwich, more time goes by and no order, the cashier goes back again and brings my order. I get back to my office and there is no top bun, bottom bun yes, really. So I call them, get a rude deli worker on the line, says sorry the manager is not here, you need to call the online platform, or you can come back and we will redo your sandwich. My lunch hour is over at this point. NEVER again, no pride in their food or their service.
