点评：I went to umbertos restaurant on commercial blvd at 6 pm on Feb 7.2025. The entire party was sat except me since the hostess said her manager doesn’t allow any kind of
Dog. I explained it was my service animal. The manager Daniela came over and said he wasn’t a service dog and she didn’t believe me. She never asked me any of the questions she was supposed to ask. I carry a service dog on my key chain which I know is not required and doesn’t mean much but sometimes it makes things easier to have it. I also said if I had my work phone with me I would have had my accommodation work showing he was allowed to come to my corporate job as my service dog.
He is my service dog that has been trained to nudge me when I need medication due to my insulin being too high or low.
This was pure discrimination against my disability
I was embarrassed that I had to have the other 5 of my party of 6 get up and walk out
