点评:Food was uninspired, but the problem was an apparent attempt to cheat us in several ways. I ordered a soup as part of my meal and the person from the kitchen, not our "server" delivered a much more expensive ramen bowl insisting that I ordered it and it was exactly the "soup" I had ordered. After much discussion they took the ramen back while making all kinds of faces and at the end of the dinner delivered my soup. But the charge for the ramen was on the bill. After much discussion, the ramen was removed and the soup charge added, but then a "plate splitting" fee of $11 was added (I suppose in an effort to recoup the ramen price differential). After much discussion that was removed. Like so many places they included an 18% "GRAT" charge, (trying to fool Europeans used to a VAT charge?) and also in tiny prink on the bottom of the check advised that they will charge 3% if you pay by credit card (who doesn't?). Then of course on the next charge slip there is a total (with the Grat not shown as a separate line but included, with a big TIP line with the suggested amounts (not "additional tip" as is often marked). I know this is done to try and get double tip, but of course they will say this is merely so you can acknowledge excellent service (which it wasn't). A clear pattern of trying every angle to trick, fool, scam customers in an area that has lots of tourists. The billing issues probable took 20 minutes to resolve. As the owners are aware, people with a group or a hard to check large bill might not notice the game or want to spend the timed working it out and going back and forth or "look difficult" - but after the soup/ramen game I was on guard. Not many people there on a Saturday night - perhaps others have heard of their game. Absolutely won't go back (I am a local).
