The staff needs training with respect to customer service. The management needs to run a much tighter ship. Some examples of problems experienced:
Coin wash change machine broken for the entire week we were there. Front desk does not keep any change and staff was indifferent to the problem. The area around the hotel is not very safe so it meant we could not go out to get change.
Public restroom leaking water over floor, no soap and left in disrepair for the entire visit.
Hallways generally not clean.
Checked in on the app, but promises made by the staff with respect to room type was not delivered and staff were indifferent to their error with no compensation provided.
Common Coffee containers frequently not kept filled
Room cleaning not done until requested and then soap, coffee etc. not refilled. Room not vacuumed with dirt left on floors. Shower mouldy.
This could be a really nice new hotel with the proper management but as it is being run it will likely end up being in very poor condition in the near future.
