点评：I had a custom-burrito bowl, and it really hit the spot.
Portions were very generous. Burritos (and I presume tacos, etc) came with chips and salsa, so don't bother ordering separately, unless you really want a lot of them. My burrito bowl could have easily been enough for two meals, but it was our last night there, so I just ate as much as I could.
Seating was tight, and I didn't notice any restrooms, which could be a problem for some people.
I hesitate to call it a "must do." Only because....it is such a specific cuisine....you may or may not be in the mood for it during your vacation. I personally could eat Mexican most days, but I can also go a week or two without it before really getting a craving for it. This particular day, I had the craving, and this was a great spot!
But, if you are in the mood for Mexican, I'd definitely call this a must-do.
