点评：Visited for breakfast, was seated as soon as I walked in. Place was rather busy, which was a good sign! I ordered the 2 x 4, scrambled eggs - 2 pancakes and 4 slices of bacon. I asked to upgrade my pancakes to banana walnut. When my order was served my eggs were cold & gummy, the bacon was cold, the pancakes were interesting...They also were cold but in addition they were tuff, as in very hard to cut. The banana slices that were used to accent the dish were more or less rotten and not edible. It also appeared that only 1 side of the pancake was cooked. The top was grilled to perfection, the bottom (or flip side) wasnt even browned. I was totally turned off. From where I was seated i could see the guys in the kitchen hustling, they were really working it. Very busy, the food was coming out piping hot. Im going to say that, outside of the pancakes, the issue with my order was more the server than the kitchen/cooks. My server was very slow, was not really focused on her customers. It's a shame my experience didnt meet expectations but I will give Roberts another try next time Im in the area.
