点评：Hillstone Coral Gables is always a solid choice, especially for a guys’ night out like we had on a Wednesday. The Hawaiian ribeye is my go-to—perfectly marinated, full of flavor, and cooked just right every time. Their dirty martinis are another favorite, and I actually appreciate the twist of using goat cheese-stuffed olives instead of the usual blue cheese.
One thing I’ve always liked about this place is the atmosphere—no strollers, no high chairs, which keeps the dining room more adult-focused. Great when I’m out with friends, but a little inconvenient when I’m with my wife and our little one.
That said, it still surprises me that they don’t serve espresso martinis, considering how popular they are. It’s a small miss in an otherwise well-curated cocktail program. But on the plus side, the corkage fee is reasonable, which is always a nice option.
Overall, Hillstone delivers—consistent food, a refined vibe, and a great spot to unwind.
