点评：The Sheraton Four Points Coral Gables is a well-appointed property with modern touches and a convenient location. My stay was smooth, the staff professional, and the atmosphere inviting. I left my passport in the safe and checked out. I called the hotel once I noticed within minutes they called me back that they had it in the office for safekeeping. I picked it up later that day with no issues. They managed this situation with urgency and made me feel like they cared.
I am issuing a 5 star rating because it was so clean, the location and the restaurant was amazing. I was surprised at how good my soup and pasta tasted. it was delicious and the server was very friendly.
However, as a frequent traveler and Titanium Elite Member, I was disappointed by the lack of meaningful recognition—a detail that sets top-tier hotels apart. No upgrade, no mention, no recognition. Additionally, the absence of bar soap, a simple yet appreciated amenity, was surprising. Small gestures matter. A solid stay overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.
