点评：I ate dinner at Flavors of India in mid-August 2024 when in town on business. They are located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. There is some inside seating, but it seems pretty small. I ordered take out and got the Chicken Korma (India hot), the Bhindi Masala (medium), and garlic naan. When I got to where I was eating, the food was still hot. The naan: not what I was expecting here. It was pretty thin and actually about half of it was thin and crispy. Not a lot of garlic, either. The Korma: Not even close to India hot. A moderate amount of chicken and lots of sauce. Flavor was OK, but nothing special. The Bhindi: This was the biggest disappointment. I was expecting it to be dry fried and it was full of sauce and oil. It tasted OK, but was pretty mushy and had no heat at all. I had been to this restaurant a couple of years ago and was very happy with what I got. This time, not really. I actually did not keep the leftovers. There are some other Indian places nearby and I’ll likely try one of those next time.
