点评：Big hype, big letdown. I don't get it. Most times I am blown away by Florida restaurants but not this one sorry. I have been everywhere and to the best and the worst. Valentinos does not make the list of places to go. High price point with expectation of elevation ; Shaking my head. The presenation is immaculate; the delivery like "Skip the Dishes". They tried, they really tried hard but have much to learn. Only open 4 months but should have ironed out the wrinkles by now. 3 differnt dishes among 4 people with appetizers and nobody enjoyed their meals especially what you would expect for the extreme prices. The lasgna was so soft we couldn't tell if there was pasta in it; meatballs were dry and the seafood was terribly dry.
Service is presentably over the top but with all the staff and attention you would expect that your table would be cleared of the appetizer dishes before the entrees were deliverd but no; so surprising. We were treated excellent by every person who came by our table. So many did so many things so how could table clearing have been lax? I ran out of water and my friend out of soft drink. They were all over serving the wine though. Sorry owners, it just was wrong.
