点评：*** Update to response*** I was not offered to have the order remade at a discounted price or anything else. Nor was I given a receipt showing what you claim was ordered. Customers BEWARE... Do not disregard my review. Please take notice of the customer service shown in the response from the owner and how they attack the customer in every unfavorable review on this page!
This was my first and last experience and I wish I'd read the rest of these reviews first. TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered Churrasco crepe (Skirt Steak) online. My co-worker picked up the order and I received a Chorizo Crepe (Pork Sausage) When I called, the lady on the phone explained the difference in the two meats over and over. I told her I was well aware and I did not want pork and asked if I could bring it back and get what I ordered. She put me on hold for a long time then came back and said her manager said no, and then went on explaining the difference in meats again. No receipt was given at pickup and it just wasn't worth it to keep arguing with her. The Chorizo was disgusting and went right in the garbage. Wont ever eat there again.

I have your ticket here in front of me and you ordered a chorizo crepe not a Churrasco crepe. We made exactly what you ordered. The manager offered you to remake it at a discounted price and you said no, that you wanted it free. We are not responsible for you not ordering correctly online. To all of our new customers please disregard this review, it’s a result of people trying to get free food!
