点评：This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Advertises pool and hot tub. Neither one were working and staff had stated that they had not for as long as they could remember. The hot tub is why I rented there as it helps my with my health and mobility.
I am disabled. No one seemed to care and would not change the room to one with a tub at least. There was broken glass all around the pool area and I let the desk know though 2 days later it was still there. I picked it up myself and took it to the desk. The furniture in the rooms is very outdated and seemed to have gotten wet at one time. First room they tried to give me had moldy towels under the ac. Second room had a horrible odor. I had put car air fresheners on the vent. The toilet paper holder would fall out of the wall ever time it was used. I was afraid to use the elevator as it would make a very large thumping sound when I used it. I had to be there 5 days each day I requested that the manager pls call me. I never received a call. I contacted customer service and requested a call, the call never came. When I asked staff when the manager would be in so I could speak to him directly they said who knows he just pops in here and there. The manager finally sent an email for me to call him. I called and the extension he gave me did not have a voicemail. So I called the front desk and was told that their phone system doesn't even work right and hasn't for a long time. They can not even call out on the phones at all. Definitely not safe on any level!!!
