点评：My boyfriend and I just left your establishment I have never been more disappointed. I’ve been visiting this location in Boca Raton for 11 years and I’ve never been so angry. We were charged for things that we never received. I had to get up three times to ask for someone to uncork our wine. I finally found a Manager about getting our wine uncorked and he sent a server over without a wine bottle opener. Our server was nowhere to be found and we had three other servers come to us asking if we were ok. All we wanted was our server to come back to uncork our wine. One of the other servers asked us if we like water while we waited for him to come back and they never brought it. Our appetizer and dinner came within 15 minutes of the movie which is wonderful but we asked our wine to be uncorked as soon as we sat down and it took well over 35 minutes to get glasses and have our wine opened. I didn’t want to eat with out a beverage so by the time someone finally came over and opened the wine the food was cold. We had no beverages for the first half of our movie which is absolutely ridiculous. By the way it was my birthday but who cares it didn’t feel like it at all. We won’t ever be back to boca raton location. We’ll try Delray Beach instead. Also just to add your bathrooms this evening was sickening and nauseating. I took pictures to share.
