Lemongrass Asian Bistro Sushi的点评
点评：June 2025, I wanted to really like this restaurant but we weren’t too happy with the food. Here are the PROS and CONS. Let me start with the PROS - 1) quick service, good location in Boca, and plenty of seating inside and outside. 2) prices are good. 3) nice decor. CONS - 1) small plates section on the menu. GRANDMA’S RIBS were not as described on the menu Marinated pork ribs. The menu did not say anything about the ribs being DEEP FRIED. They were deep fried with little marinade on-top, and looked petrified. When we bit into the rib it was dry not moist like it was just made. Honestly, my Grandmother would never serve ribs that tasted dry or deep fried. However, I do have to say after complaining to the owner about the ribs they took the ribs off the bill. 2) Vegetable dumplings (fried) were chewy, you really couldn’t cut them in half. 3) the California Roll was just ok. 4) our Server had a little attitude when we asked him to split the check 3 ways, but he softened up later on. 5) the BIGGEST CON is that the Servers of this large restaurant are still using pen and paper to take your order. Hasn’t the owner ever heard of TOAST (POS) point-of-sale systems. It manages orders , payments, and other aspects of restaurant operations. I am sure it is pricy, but this would make the Server’s job much easier and the system could split customer checks in an instant and take credit cards with each bill. All and all, we will not be coming back here.
