点评：Made a reservation on a Monday night, through open table, for three people. Used the valet parking which is really convenient. We were taken to a table right away and that’s when the issues started. We didn’t want to sit at the table they were giving us for a number reasons. It was in a main traffic path. The table had metal backs and was the only one of its kind on the patio. It looked very uncomfortable. We asked for a different table and the hostess had to check with her manager. There were numerous empty tables that would have accommodated three people. She came back and offered us an equally poor table. I asked about the other empty tables that we thought would be good. Apparently those were for customers with reservations, which I told her we had. It was one excuse after another. After we stood there in the middle of the restaurant for about 15 minutes, oh and I didn’t mention that I’m on crutches, we decided we’d had enough of their BS and decided to leave. The hostess basically made one ridiculous excuse after another as to why we couldn’t have any of the empty tables on the patio. I had booked outdoor seating, and in the end she wanted to seat us inside. I told her we didn’t come all the way from Canada to sit inside. We left and they didn’t care at all. Thankfully the valet returned our money and apologized for the situation. Kudos to him.
This might be a good restaurant, but we’ll never know because we won’t be back. Plenty of other choices in Boca Raton.
